Client Obligations

Project Timelines: Delivery timelines depend on client cooperation and the timely provision of feedback. Delays caused by client-side factors may result in adjusted timelines and potential additional costs.

Content Responsibility: The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided is original, properly licensed or used with permission. The client indemnifies Neoservice against any claims arising from client-provided content.

Payment Terms: Payment schedules and conditions are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Revisions and Changes: Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments as outlined in project agreements.

Limitation of Liability
