Create the employee record with contract, employment rate and social insurance affiliation. The onboarding workflow guides each step: IT access, equipment, training and documents to sign.

Payroll configuration Deduction setup

Configure the salary profile: gross salary, withholding tax scale, BVG and UVG rates and family allowances. Cantonal scales and AHV rates are pre-loaded and updated automatically.

Monthly payslips Calculation and payment

Each month, run payroll calculation in one click. Neoffice generates payslips, calculates all deductions and prepares the bank payment file (ISO 20022). Accounting entries are posted automatically.

Annual salary certificate Year-end and declarations
