Yes. The app is included in the Neoffice subscription. Each person signs in with their Neoffice account and finds the tools for their role.
Which devices does it work on?
On iPhone, iPad and Android. It can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
Which languages is the app available in?
In French and English.
Can you clock in from your phone?
Yes. You clock in from the app's home screen, and your location is added if your company asks for it and you allow it. The app also brings together leave, expenses, advances and payslips.
How does the app help technicians on a job?
Each technician sees their day in order. On site, they start the timer, scan the parts they fit, and the customer signs on the screen: the signed PDF is added to the job. On iPhone, the timer stays visible on the lock screen.
Can you track a delivery route?
Yes. The driver follows the stops on the map, collects proof of delivery by signature or photo, and the customer receives a tracking link.
What does Nora do in the app?
Nora reads supplier invoices you photograph (supplier, date, amount, VAT, IBAN) and prepares the invoice as a draft for you to approve. You can also talk to her out loud: she searches and prepares, you approve.
