Le challenge
EFAJE manages registrations and follow-up for more than 30 municipalities in the Gros-de-Vaud district for childcare. The main challenge: creating registration forms that are both comprehensive (to meet administrative requirements) and simple to fill in (for busy parents).
Notre solution
We designed a web application with intelligent multi-step forms that adapt to responses. The interface guides parents step by step, validates data in real time and automatically generates the necessary documents. The back office allows the EFAJE team to manage registrations and available places.
