Workshop management
A work order tracks each manufacturing or repair job: tasks, parts to prepare, time spent and progress, through to the quote and invoice.
A work order that follows the job
Link the work order to the customer, the project and, if needed, the vehicle or equipment involved. The team finds what needs to be done, notes and the due date without rebuilding the record from scratch.
A workshop board to see priorities
View work orders that are overdue, scheduled this week, upcoming or ready for installation. Each card shows task progress, hours and the assigned team so you can spot work that's waiting.
Tasks and parts to prepare
Describe tasks with planned time, people and the relevant workstation or machine. The work order gathers the materials to be collected and the consumption recorded during the job.
Clock time alone or as a team
On the shared terminal, sign in and join a work order to start your time. Several people can work on the same job, each with their own clocked time.
Keep notes together with tasks
Check off completed tasks and add a note directly from the work order. The workshop panel also lets you dictate a note when the microphone and transcription service are configured.
Link the workshop to the rest of the project
Manufacturing work can be followed by on-site installation; a repair can lead to a quote and then an invoice. Work orders and hours stay linked to the record, with a view of planned versus actual.
From intake to completed work
Open the work order
Select the customer and the item involved, or start from a task in the project. Describe the manufacturing or repair job and its due date.
Prepare the tasks
Define the work, the planned hours and the materials to collect. Assign the people and machines needed.
Carry out & clock
The team opens the work order, starts their timers and checks off completed tasks. Notes and materials used stay recorded in the job.
Finish & hand over
The completed work order shows the job is ready. Use it to prepare installation, finalise the project or issue the invoice.
Visible work, a record that follows through
For a garage, a repair workshop or made-to-order manufacturing, tracking connects the team's work to the customer record.
Priority is clear: due dates and progress are visible on the workshop board.
Preparation is shared: everyone can see the tasks and the parts to collect.
Hours are attributed: each person clocks their time against the right work order.
Follow-up keeps its context: quote, installation and invoicing stay linked to the project.
