Subprocessors and providers

Who, other than Neoservice, may receive the data you entrust to Neoffice, for what purpose, and in which country.

Last updated: 7 October 2026 — Contact: hello@neoservice.ai

Neoffice is published and operated by Neoservice, in Switzerland. This page states, for each provider, which data it may receive, for what purpose, and in which country. We keep it up to date with each new service.

Hosting and services in constant use

  • Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland. Hosts your Neoffice server, our central server, the email service and the off-site backups (Swiss Backup). It receives all the ERP data.
  • Neoservice, Switzerland. NORA's artificial intelligence runs on our own servers, and a backup copy of the servers is kept on our hardware, at our premises in Sion.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), France. Delivers the emails sent from Neoffice. It receives the recipients, the content and the attachments of outgoing emails.
  • PostHog, Germany (European cloud). Measures software usage and errors. It receives the pages and actions in the software, as well as technical error messages.
  • Swiss Confederation (geo.admin.ch and the ZEFIX commercial register), Switzerland. Assists with entering addresses and companies. It receives the addresses and company names searched for.

Depending on the features you use

  • Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Apple (Apple Push Notification service), United States. Relay the mobile app's notifications. They receive the notification text and the device identifier.
  • TWINT, Switzerland. If you take payments with TWINT.
  • Your bank, Switzerland. If you connect it to Neoffice (EBICS): statements and payment orders.
  • Stripe (United States), Payrexx (Switzerland), Wallee (Switzerland), SumUp (European Union). Depending on the card or online payment method you choose.
  • Swiss Post (WebStamp), Switzerland. If you frank mail from Neoffice: the addresses of the items sent.
  • SMS sending gateway (sms-gate.app). If you send SMS messages: the phone number and the text. The provider does not publish the country of its servers.
  • Meta (WhatsApp), United States and Ireland. If you communicate with NORA through WhatsApp: the messages exchanged.
  • Twilio, United States. If you use telephony: the calls, the phone numbers and any recordings.

Operations and support tools

These tools do not process your data on your behalf, but may see some of it during an intervention:

  • GitHub (Microsoft), United States. Our code and our incident tracking, which may mention your company and error messages.
  • Anthropic (Claude Code), United States. The assistant we use for support and maintenance sees what it reads during an intervention.

Transfers outside Switzerland

Switzerland recognises the data protection of the European Union as adequate. Providers established outside Switzerland and the European Union are listed above with their country. For any question about a provider, write to us at hello@neoservice.ai.
